- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor experience. I can't get a call through to simply find out if I need an appointment with a notary to have a document notarized at my Citibank branch right up the street. The initial call goes to the Philippines whereby I get the local phone number from the operator. I call the number and no one answers. Instead of putting me on hold my call get routed back to the world customer service line. I suspect it goes back to the Philippines. This is a reason to move all of my accounts to a small local bank or credit union. Simply crazy...By Kevin Christenson, July 27, 2017
